The project aims to improve company efficiency and work organization and develop B2B e-commerce solutions. Working with its partner Zucchetti Centro Sistemi SPA, Florcoop Sanremo implemented an interface between its current management system (ERP) and a B2B e-commerce portal.
Next, the following were implemented: a procedure for order picking via handheld for both suppliers and customers, and the product picking procedure for orders to wholesalers and retail on sales handhelds was improved.
Finally, a procedure for the automatic calculation of transport costs for both customers and suppliers was created. In this way, the operator can calculate the transport cost by simply entering the carrier and the destination of the goods.
